In 2020, Tom Aspaul released his debut album, Black Country Disco. Having written songs for artists including Kylie Minogue, Becky Hill, Snakehips, Celeste, Aspaul returned to the West Country where this album was conceived and produced exploring a personal journey of relationship breakdown and the concept of home. This accompanying book was published alongside the release of the double album 'Black Country Disco' and 'Black Country Discothèque'.
